Mordechai Lichtenstein is Of Counsel to the firm, focusing his practice on professional liability, tort, and business litigation.
Mordechai obtained his Juris Doctorate from the University of Maryland School of Law in 2003, and also holds a distinct degree in Talmudic Law. Following law school, Mordechai spent time in the political arena as a campaign associate for the 2005 mayoral re-election campaign of Michael Bloomberg and as a field director for the Republican Jewish Coalition, targeting advocacy, campaign strategy, and grass-roots development.
Prior to joining the firm, Mordechai served for nine years as an attorney for the City of New York, serving as trial counsel for child-abuse and neglect matters. Mordechai also founded and served as a Director of JOIN, a non-profit supporting abandoned, orphaned, and abused children in Eastern Europe.
Mordechai is admitted to practice before the State Courts of Ohio, New York, New Jersey, and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, and is also a member of the Ohio State and Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Associations.
