Peter is a Partner in the firm, focusing his practice on tort and professional liability matters.
Peter J. LoPalo graduated from Quinnipiac College (now Quinnipiac University) with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and earned his Juris Doctorate from Hofstra University School of Law.
Peter is a seasoned, thoughtful, cost conscious and results oriented litigator. Peter has more than 17 years experience representing clients in the areas of automobile, premises liability, labor law, construction law and construction defect, liquor liability, products liability, professional liability, medical malpractice and assault/negligent security litigation. Peter represents property owners, construction contractors, restaurants, bars, catering halls and other hospitality providers, small businesses, professionals, insurance companies, third-party administrators and their insureds in a wide variety of claims in both federal and state courts in Ohio, New York and New Jersey. Peter has obtained favorable dispositions at all stages of litigation from discovery through trial and has earned both accolades and respect from his clients, his adversaries and the judiciary along the way.
Peter is admitted to practice before the Courts of Ohio, New York, New Jersey and Maryland, as well as before the United States District Court for the Eastern and Southern District of New York and the District of New Jersey.
When not practicing law, Peter enjoys spending time with his family and playing hockey.
